Payment

1. • • Payment should be made in full upfront if you are able. However, I can split your payment up into two installments if need be. Please let me know your preference in response to my email confirmation. Please wait for me to send you an invoice before sending the payment.

     • If you cancel the commission before I’ve started, I will refund you in full. If I have already started, only a partial refund will be applicable.

     • If I have to cancel the commission for any reason, I will refund you in full.

Conditions

• Commissions will be emailed as high-res PNG files to use however you wish.

• If the commission is for personal use you may use the design on DND character sheets, social media posts (as long as I am credited with the work), icons/banners for channels/streams you monetize. You may not use it as a book cover, album cover, business logo, material that you intend to sell, etc.

• If you’re interested in work for commercial use, specify that on the request form with details about the project and I’ll get back to you on pricing.

• I reserve the right to post your piece on social media unless you request otherwise. I post designs and their process videos to my Instagram, TikTok as well as this site with a mention that it was a commission. However, if you would like me to specifically credit you (such as with a drawing of an OC) simply specify that on the request form.

• I reserve the right to turn down a commission for any reason.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long are your commissions open?

• My commissions open up on the first of every month and remain open until all my slots are filled. My patrons of course receive priority on slots and then I fill the remaining slots accordingly. As long as the request form is accepting submissions, it's go time!

At what point do you send the invoice?

• After emailing to confirm that I received your form and accepted the commission.

What Fan Art are you comfortable drawing?

• The answer is, all things! lol I’m a lover of nearly all things fantasy, anime, cartoon, video game, and book-related. But even if I haven't heard of it before I will gladly research and draw it for you upon request.

Do you draw mature content art?

• Yes. However, I am HIGHLY selective about what mature content I'm willing to draw and you will be asked to verify that you are over 18.
